Tagged DownloadTerm Licensing
You will receive a pristine copy, untagged (no soundmarks), of the raw WAV file delivered digitally to the email provided.
License allows you to use the composition (composition/song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 5,000 copies. Selling more than 5,000 copies means you must acquire a new term for the license or wager exclusive rights. You may also use the composition for non-profit promotional use and/or demos.
You have full rights to record, alter, mix the composition in any shape, way, or form (except reselling unaltered). You will receive a contract granting you non-exclusive rights to the composition. In the event that a client acquires exclusive rights to a composition you have previously licensed, your rights shall stand and the composition is still yours to use until the term is completed.
The SELLER will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the SELLER (artist and/or producer) on all commercial recordings. Upon licensing, the SELLER still owns the composition(s) and the SELLER is able to resell the composition(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
BUYER is responsible for clearing any samples that may incorporated in commercial recordings.
Wager Exclusive Rights
You will receive a pristine copy, untagged (no soundmarks), of the raw WAV file delivered digitally to the email provided. Would prefer to track onsite, however individual tracks will also be made available.
Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the composition/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the composition). You will receive a prepared contract granting you exclusive rights to the composition. BUYER will own the rights to the composition as a "work made for hire".
The original SELLER may no longer license or sell the composition/song, except for prior licensing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there). The SELLER will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the SELLER (artist and/or producer name) on all commercial recordings.

Special Use
Charity organizations: can use song for free, but must give attribution.
Student projects for school/college: can use song for free, but must give attribution.
Commercials, In-house, company publications: for publications with less than 50,000 viewers exclusive rights suffice. Terms are to be discussed for larger publications.
Websites (less than 100,000 monthly hits): licensing rights suffice.
Websites (other): must acquire exclusive rights.
TV/Movie: terms to be discussed.
